Skills/Qualifications: - Have 2+ years of Uniformed Security experience in a retail, hospital, College, hospitality or public building setting - Be able and willing to work at different stores in GTA - Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening - Valid Security Guard License - Demonstrated ability to prepare professional security reports with meticulous detail and grammar - Willingness to complete all required training modules that include Lawful Subject Restraint, Crisis Management etc. - Knowledge of Canada Criminal Code and 494(c) - Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation skills - Ability/willingness to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations Attributes: - Must be reliable, available, of sound character and a team player - Customer Service culture - Stellar Attendance Record - Demonstrated conflict resolution skills - Support all Diversity/Inclusion initiatives of the customer and Securiguard - Calm demeanor in stressful situations - Able to stand/walk for long periods Starting Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour, with the potential to increase to $23 per hour based on performance.
