What will you do We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join the Production Maintenance team as a Senior Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is to directly supervise the daily work and performance of maintenance and automation technicians on multiple shifts, as well as planner and storekeeper, to achieve team and company objectives. The successful candidate will have broad-based industrial maintenance experience and a core skill set in food or medical manufacturing equipment. The work will encompass Electrical/PLC, Mechanical, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Robotics, and Packaging Systems. The successful candidate must be willing to tackle any maintenance challenges, assist, and learn from others in their areas of expertise. Key Responsibilities • Lead the maintenance team, ensuring safety of maintenance personnel in all work aspects. • Creates work schedules for all employees on assigned shifts and conducts daily shift start-up meetings discussing safety issues and the expected workload as per 24/7 operation. • Determines work priorities for weekly and daily maintenance schedule with operations.
