We are in the process of rapid growth and are actively searching for dedicated and driven individuals all across Canada to join us as Life Insurance Benefits Coordinators. In this role, you'll work remotely, serving clients and offering valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. We take pride in our comprehensive training programs and our consistent lead generation, eliminating the need for cold calling. Our full-time positions offer flexibility and ample opportunities for advancement into management roles. We also provide an extensive benefits package, including dental, medical, life insurance, and prescription coverage. About the Position: Fully remote Full-time, unionized position Average first-year earnings of $65,000 commission + bonuses Stock options Excellent benefits package: medical, dental, and prescription coverage Exceptional training with experienced agents and managers High-quality leads provided Flexible work schedule Ongoing income through renewals Opportunities for recognition through promotions, bonuses, and awards Qualifications: Willingness to learn and be coached; we provide training. A strong desire to assist others. Possession of, or willingness to obtain, an LLQP license. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory. A laptop or computer is required. Basic computer literacy skills. Must have a primary residence in Canada and be fluent in English. Job Responsibilities: Contact the leads provided to schedule virtual client meetings, Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate strong relationships with them.
