In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting customers who have a warranty claim and have purchased a Zeeweed based system or product. Being responsible for resolving and supporting of global product warranty claims and issues and taking action using the resource pool to provide a positive customer experience while protecting Veolia’s interests. Actions they will take will be based on their knowledge, and their observations of events at customers sites. The resource pool will include including the appropriate team members from Products, Projects and Services. Findings from customer claims to be feedback to Engineering, Technology and the factory to help us improve the product and have better applications of the Zeeweed Membrane. Essential Responsibilities: Support the operations of Zeeweed install base by troubleshooting, optimizing and provide advice to customers globally by phone or potentially on site. Fielding Warranty claims, evaluating the claim compared to the contract for interpretation of validate of claim for approval. Execute warranty replacement of membrane or parts needed for each approved warranty claim including service if part of the warranty scope and arrange for return when required Working with RLM’s to maintain a positive customer experience and helping to match customer expectations when working warranty claims. Return product evaluations for NAM initial autopsy. Module trac data collection/analysis. Working with technology for warranty and systemic issues, developing the fixes or tools, and continuous product improvements Working with the factory on fulfilling warranty replacements, providing feedback from the field on product issue to understand if there is a quality issue Service procedure development and maintenance of existing (SERV) in written form and video. Supporting product warranty bulletins, distribution to effect customers and following up with customers, arranging parts and or service. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
