As we continue to grow and expand our footprint in Canada, we are looking for a Capital Services Procurement Manager to join our Supply Chain Team. This is a hybrid position based out of our Head Office in Mississauga Ontario. The Capital Services Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of capital goods and services necessary for the successful operation of Aramark’s Managed Services & GPO clients. This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Capital Services Procurement Manager will work closely with Sales, Account Management & Operations teams to meet our clients’ needs and provide expertise. Job Responsibilities Bid Preparation: Review and analyze bid documents. Prepare accurate and complete bid proposals. Bid Submissions: Communicate bid requirements and deadlines to team members and stakeholders. Monitor and track the progress of submitted bids. Operations: Oversee and enhance day-to-day operations related to capital services including collecting quotations for capital products, ensuring on time deliveries and issue resolution Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential advantages for proposals. Proposal Accuracy: Ensure that all proposals adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for capital goods and services to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and contractors for building services and materials.
