Description Kenvue is recruiting for a 12-month contract-to-hire Packaging Operator I. This position reports to the Packaging Supervisor and is based in Guelph, Canada and will be the night shift 10:45pm till 6:45am starting on Sunday. This position is eligible for an 8% shift premium. Join us in shaping our future-and yours. Watch us here: What will you do? Packaging Operators contribute to the Johnson & Johnson team while operating solid and liquid dosage packaging equipment. This function also includes line set up, assembly, operating material handling equipment, cleaning and sanitation of all related equipment and work areas, and the accurate documentation of these activities. Packaging Operators are committed to continuous quality initiatives involving the identification and implementation of process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Sets up, operate and clean production equipment used to produce finished products Performs basic troubleshooting on equipment Perform appropriate levels of cleanliness and housekeeping standards as outlined, consistent with the requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices. Reads the production schedule and collects input from operators to understand goods movements, material requirements and key tasks for the shifts.
