About This Opportunity Position will be based in Irving, TX supporting the OH regionJOB SUMMARY: The Fresh Food Transformation Manger, Ohio will collaborate across various functions within the organization and engage with a third-party food manufacturing partner (Warabeya) to execute the long-range strategic food vision for the Midwest (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania). This role with be responsible for leading the project to ensure on-time facility delivery to increase our food offering and facilitate a seamless transition of the facility operation to the core Fresh Food Business System team.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:* Value Chain Strategy Translation - Collaborate cross-functionally to translate the long-term Fresh Food category strategy into new manufacturing facility in Ohio with capabilities to elevate our product offering to drive our Fresh Food business in the Midwest.* Facility Ownership - Own all aspects of new Ohio facility development, including Design, Implementation, build-outs, and Startup.* Third-Party Food Manufacturer Collaboration - Partner closely with our selected operator (Warabeya) to ensure seamless execution of facility-related initiatives.* Key Performance Indicators Management - Define and track site-specific KPIs to measure the success and efficiency of the newly established facilities.* Facility Transition - Facilitate a smooth transition of the Ohio Commissary to the core Fresh Food team after achieving predetermined KPIs.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree / Preferred not requiredYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ yearsCERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES:SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:* Strategic Thinking - Ability to align network/facility development plans with the overall Value Chain strategy.* Results-driven - Demonstrated ability to deliver results and achieve site-specific KPIs.* Project Management - Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple facets of facility development simultaneously.* Communication - Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partnersPDN-9c1be984-0e0c-47bb-81f5-b80bea95e4ae
