Description -$2000 Sign-on Bonus! -We are looking to hire a Transportation Supervisor for our San Francisco operation. This -supervisor is our driver workforce's first line of management and will supervise a designated group of drivers. - Responsibilities include -driver interviews, performance coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation, and recognition. This Driver Supervisor -should -have a commercial driver's license (or be willing to obtain one) - and experience overseeing drivers. - -RequirementsThe following skills and experience are qualifications for this job: Leadership and supervisory experience. Transportation operational experience. Knowledge of ADA policies and regulations. Knowledge of -Vivalon service areas and Service Contract requirements is desired. Knowledge of applicable State and Federal work and passenger bus safety rules & regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.Compensation and Benefits $26 - $36/hour depending on experience. - $2,000 sign-on bonus paid after completion of first 90 days of employment We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, life, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
