We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. Position Overview: We are looking for a PRN RN to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and LTC. Key Responsibilities: Assesses, plans, and implements client care as directed by the facility and NurseCore standards. Maintains competency through continuing education. Administers and records medications given. Carries out prescribed treatments. Admits and discharges patients as directed. Respect patients' rights and maintain confidentiality. All other duties assigned Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of Texas. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a PRN or similar role. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Negative TB/PPD- Chest Xray within 12 months Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas areas.
