A family-owned Disaster Restoration company based in Livonia is seeking Document Technicians for its document division. Responsibilities would include the following: Clean and restore documents affected by water, smoke, soot, mold, etc. to pre-loss condition. Cooperate with other team members and perform duties assigned. Inspect own work and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets quality standards and/or exceeds customer expectations. Periodic overnight travel to customer locations is required. When traveling on company business, all travel, lodging, and meals are provided. Ideal candidates would be dependable, able to follow specific direction, be a team player, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working out of town restoration projects Requirements: Understanding of data confidentiality principles is necessary High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time 18 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes Will be cross-trained to work with other divisions in the company for local and out-of-town job locations. Travel time is typically 1-3 weeks Pay - $15 per hour.Powered by JazzHR
