Job Summary Provides support in maintaining system specifications per the MOC Baseline (CB/MB), PEO C4I roadmaps, and product strategies. Provides input to MOC requirements documentation and map functional mission requirements to baseline capabilities supporting force capability analysis. Provides, attends or supports: MOC Future Requirements (CB/MB) Capabilities Research (New/Changing Requirements); MOC Objective Baseline (CB/MB) Coordination; MOC Platform POM 24/25 Coordination and Development. Determines MOC Wholeness Requirements per MOC Standardization Manual; MOC Governance, Fleet MOC Steering Committee (FMSC); FMSC Executive Steering Group (ESG) - MOC Shore Maintenance and Modernization Working Group (SMMWG) (formerly MOC Materiel WG); MOC Triad Working Group; MOC Requirements Working Group; MOC Master Plan development. Coordinates and executes MOC IPRs. Supports C4I Architecture Requirements studies conducted by NAVWAR 5.0. Expeditionary MOC (EMOC) C4I Arsenal Requirements development; MOC Continuity of Operations (COOP) Requirements development.Travel is required at 10%. Qualifications and Skills Required knowledge and years of experience Must have at least five (5) to ten (10) years of experience. Must have knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, requirements, and baseline management. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree Certifications N/A Clearance Requirement Secret but eligibility for a TS/SCI.
