We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated in-house loan officer assistant to assist our high producing team. The perfect candidate must be able to call, follow up, and review potential refinance/purchase options with clients. All candidates must be either NMLS licensed or in the process of becoming licensed. This will be an in office position. We are willing to train and provide education on both the refinance and purchase market, and this is a position with growth opportunities for the right candidate. This is a full-time position. 401k and Health Benefits are provided. Responsibilities: • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge Qualifications:• NMLS License Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 About Company: Metroplex Mortgage Services, Inc. has been in business for over 22 years and as we continue to grow, we are looking for an additional team member to fill this new opportunity.
