Job Overview:The Appellate Law Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in appellate courts, crafting persuasive written and oral arguments, and providing legal counsel on appellate matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, business acumen, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client service. Duties:Represent clients in appellate courts, including preparing and presenting oral arguments.Draft appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis on appellate issues.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on appellate matters.Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to achieve client objectives.Manage multiple files and deadlines effectively. Requirements:5-15 years of experience in appellate advocacy.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar in Kentucky.Strong writing skills and attention to detail.Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism.
