They are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment. The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant LSA to join their team. You will work with individual students and groups as directed by the teacher/year leader. Responsibilities: Prepare classrooms and materials for learning, maintaining tidiness. Assist in planning, organising, and participating in educational activities. Support students in various activities, including reading, writing, and practical tasks. Promote social and independent skills in students. Assist with backssment and record-keeping of student progress. Provide First Aid when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with staff, parents, and external professionals. Perform administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. First Aid qualification is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
