Cluster Director of Sales - MICEJob Title: Cluster Director of Sales - MICE Salary: €4,400 – €4,800 per month + bonus Location: Frankfurt, Germany This thriving and unique hotel corporation, currently comprising over 200 properties spanning the spectrum of 3 and 4-star establishments, is on the lookout for a Cluster MICE Sales Director to take the helm of their team of 15 and provide oversight to more than 10 hotels in the Frankfurt region. They place a strong emphasis on teamwork, celebrating diverse backgrounds and personalities, and fostering growth opportunities Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the establishment, planning, and nurturing of prosperous business relationships. Supervise a dedicated team of approximately 15 professionals. Prepare statistical data and forecasts for informed decision-making. Compile and scrutinize sales reports to glean insights. Craft a comprehensive sales strategy. Mentor and inspire team members to achieve set targets. Directly report to the Head of European Sales. Develop and execute objectives and strategies for achievement. Prospect for and cultivate relationships with new clients. Contribute to the preparation of proposals for major accounts and engage in rate negotiations. Participate in national trade expos and conferences. Promote active acquisition of new customers, cross-selling, and ongoing support for existing clients within designated sales domains and segments. Formulate promotional initiatives. Qualifications: Possess a degree or diploma in hotel or hospitality management. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. Maintain a customer-centric approach. Exhibit a solid grasp of numerical data. Possess strong time management abilities. Display fluency in both English and German. Perks: Access to staff discounts.
