Job Title Back of House Manager Salary: £33,000-£34,000Location: London Our client is a catering company who are looking for a Back of House Manager to join their friendly team for one of their largest London based venues. We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step up in their career to Back of House Manager who has had experience in supervising large teams. Key Responsibilities: The Back of House Manager will be responsible for the BOH areas and support the hospitality and culinary teams Reporting of maintenance issues. Ensure all BOH staff are always supervised. Make sure the cleanliness and tidiness of all BOH areas are always up to standard. Liaise with the People Team regarding the budget for both in house and suppliers. Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the venue. What do we require from you Previous experience in a BOH Manager position or supervising within a venue or hotel Previous experience in a high volume logistically challenging environment. Team leadership and delegation skills. Experience in purchasing systems and accounting.
