ROLE: Corporate Lawyer LOCATION: Manchester CONTRACT: Permanent Position SALARY: Market Rate Benefit- Parking Bonus - Significant commission opportunity on cash collect Hybrid 4 days in office reviewed 3 months in The Role- The successful solicitor will work in a highly regarded corporate firm with an impressive portfolio of SME and blue chip clients. The work is varied to include private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and capital markets. Development of client relationships both within the corporate team and referring work internally to other service lines Person- Corporate Lawyer – 4years+ PQE but open to 2years+ Good sustainable experience. Knowledge and strong background of Corporate Law. Technology and software knowledge. Desirable to have a following of clients within the area of Law.
