Sous Chef Location: Ash, Kent (near Brands Hatch) Salary: GBP 30k : GBP 33k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full: Time, 45 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chefto join our clients team at one of Kents highly regarded Golf Clubs. This role entails overseeing all aspects of food production for your assigned section, contributing to product development, and creating enticing menus. You will have a genuine passion for excellent cuisine. Responsibilities: Maintain consistent food preparation and cooking standards, following dish specifications as directed by the Head Chef. Collaborate in product development and menu creation to achieve budgeted food costs and GP targets. Provide guidance and training to junior chefs and kitchen porters. Foster a team: oriented approach, working flexibly to ensure a seamless, guest: focused operation. Uphold compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar role Food hygiene Level 2 certification. Flexibility to work different shifts. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals. Capable of working independently or as part of a team. Personable with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
