The Service Controller role comes with a fantastic basic.Service Controller - Leeds Our client, a successful dealership is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Service Controller. The Service Controller role comes with a fantastic basic salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience. - Hours: 40 Monday to Friday - 21 Days Holiday + bank holidays - Onsite Parking - Performance/Profit based Bonuses - Overtime available at Time and a Half - 1k Commission target dependent paid quarterly - Option to go on call out rota after 6month probation £225 per week - Company Pension provided - Ongoing training and Career Opportunities - Health Care Cash Plan Service Controller Key Responsibilities: - Managing breakdowns logged by customer via call logging portal, phone & email. - Appoint engineers by identifying the most cost-effective solution whilst adhering to account customers SLAs - Ensuring we communicate with the customer keeping them informed of the progress via phone/email or online breakdown database - Respond to breakdowns from other dealers and appoint engineers as required - Manage out of area work not covered by our national service team, including follow ups and raising of order numbers for retail works, including invoicing the customer for the works - Raising estimates for remedial works - Appointing 3rd parties where necessary to cover breakdowns & raise order numbers upon completion - Raising, costing & invoicing jobs as required including requesting customer order numbers & submitting warranty claims - Other projects/tasks as dictated your senior controller or service manager - Providing cover for the other service controllers during holiday or sickness Minimum Requirements as a Service Controller: - Confident & flexible attitude - Highly organised with a good eye for detail - Computer literate -.
