Key Accountability Areas: Financial Process Improvement: Introduce and enhance financial processes, procedures, and controls within the ICT department. Budget Planning and Reporting: Plan, forecast, and report budgets across ICT, including project accounting, capital bids, and resource allocation, using relevant financial ratios and tools. Project Accounting Oversight: Own project accounting, holding project managers accountable for financial management and budget utilization. Financial Information Support: Provide relevant financial information to senior management, department heads, and resource managers for short and long-term planning. Financial Maturity Model: Develop and continuously improve a financial maturity model for ICT to optimize budget resource deployment. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Effectively present financial matters, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and variance analysis to stakeholders. Essential Skills and Knowledge: Breadth of ICT Knowledge: Extensive knowledge across the ICT environment, with experience in standard ICT functions such as architecture, security, infrastructure, service delivery, development, portfolio, and governance e. g. PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF. Accounting Expertise: Part-qualified accountant or QBE with a proven track record in commercial. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
