Description:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 (DOE) Annually plus benefits. Summary: Fabricating precision machined parts utilizing CNC Mills and Lathes. 1st and 2nd Shift Available Responsibilities: * Review of blueprints to create machining processes. * Ability to identify tooling and machining hardware * Creation of fixtures and work holder used to machine * Interchanging of tools based on conditions of cutting while operating CNC * Utilization of of precision measuring equipment * Use of appropriate methodology along with cutting tools to ensure products meet quality standards. * Monitor machine speeds, feeds and alike parameters based on materials being used such as steels, aluminum and titanium etc * Production equipment trouble shooting * Ability to prototype machine hardware * Deburring of partsRequired: * 3+ years of experience setting up and running manual lathes and mills * Experience with various materials aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, plastics etc * Master Cam, ESPRIT programming is a plus * GD&T knowledge * Blueprint reading * Must meet ITAR and BATFE background requirements
