Job description We seek hard-working, reliable, and punctual 1st Shift Assemblers to become an integral part of our team. Duties and Responsibilities * Trimming and gluing joints * Fitting parts together to form sections of cabinets * Assembling sections to form completed cabinets * Fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves * Picking material * Assembling metal drawers using staple gun and drill * Installing completed products * Performing other job-related duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with production goals * Must be able to lift, lower, push and pull up to 25 lbs. * Able to constantly stand and walk for 8+ hours a day * Basic math skills are required Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Application Question(s): * What is your minimum pay requirement?
