As part of an ongoing expansion, my client, who are within the Telecoms industry have an exciting opportunity for a Billing & Finance Assistant to join their fast-growing team in Brighton. They are looking for someone who is experienced, confident and assertive with a billing and finance background who has a high level of personal organisation and disciplined work habits. The role holder would be reporting directly to the Head of Finance to provide billing efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate input of billing requirements Verify and import call and service data records Assist with monthly billing run to meet deadlines Reconcile supplier invoices with client invoices and resolve discrepancies Obtain credits for supplier discrepancies Provide excellent telephone and written communication Manage client queries promptly and effectively Log, track, and resolve errors Assist in implementing process improvements Communicate supplier price changes to Line Manager Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned Adhere to company policies and SLAs Qualifications/Requirements B2B billing experience, telecoms background preferred Minimum Year 1 AAT - Level 2 qualification - desirable Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software Intermediate-level Excel skills Strong attention to detail for high accuracy Exceptional customer service and communication skills Effective planning and organisational abilities with time management skills Strong and assertive approach Team player mindset Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach Salary –Up To £25k per annum DOEHours of work – 9am – 5.30pm If you think this role sounds like the perfect job for you, then don’t delay and apply today at .
