Job Description SNI Companies has partnered with a local manufacturing company in the Orlando area that is seeking to bring a HR Generalist onto their team immediatelyThis position is on-site Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Responsibilities * Payroll and hours tracking, administer compliance programs, process background checks, and verify employment information. * Create and update records such as worker compensation claims, vacation accruals, and conduct onboarding for new hires. * Recruitment activity includes contacting applicants to screen and schedule appointments. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required. * At least 3 years of experience within Human Resources or related field. * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Job Requirements
