Core Responsibilities: Take an active role in the seamless transition of services to the live environment. This includes facilitating hand-over to support teams and meticulously documenting all essential information. Collaborate with our IT Problem Management team, utilising advanced troubleshooting skills. Work closely with the ITT Cloud Platform Manager and ITT Senior Cloud Platform Analyst to devise effective plans for problem resolution. Keep a vigilant eye on incidents and problems, identifying emerging trends. Summarise your findings and report them to the ITT Cloud Platform Manager, contributing to our proactive approach to IT service excellence. Partner with our IT Support teams to efficiently resolve 3rd line incidents escalated to the Cloud Platform Analyst team. Ensure that all resolutions align with our agreed Operational Level Agreements OLAAnalyse long-term trends and proactively identify potential capacity or performance issues. Recommend and execute preventative actions to address these concerns, aiming to resolve issues before they impact our IT systems and services. Perform a range of routine checks, maintenance tasks, and patching activities to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of all IT systems and services. Person Specifications: In depth knowledge of Cloud Services Azure Ideally educated to degree level/relevant professional qualification/5+ years experience Microsoft certified. Experience Required:.
