Female Senior Support worker : Hindhead : Pay: A GBP 13.15 per hour Seeking to recruit a Female Senior Support worker, to join a remarkable management team providing Person centred care to Adults with Learning, Physical disabilities with some challenging behaviour. Tasks undertaken by the Senior Support Worker may include: Managing the service in the absence of the Service Manager Report to the Service Manager Oversee staff Shift Leading Updating Support Plans and Risk backssments Undertaking Support Worker Supervisions and Competency backssments Providing care to the People we Support Role Requirements Previous experience in a health or social care setting is essential. The available role is for a full time Female Senior Support Worker. will be required to be fully flexible. Please note that the role will include weekend work, shifts on public holidays and some sleep: in shifts. Senior Support Workers: Understand the importance of motivating a team Work within the companys ethos of providing person centred care Are compassionate and understanding Are reliable and conscientious Have a good understanding of written and spoken English and basic Mathematics.
