This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded firm. Excellent family atmosphere throughout. The Role: As an Experienced Solicitor in the Industrial Disease department, you will handle pre-litigation and post-litigation claims related to Industrial Disease, including cases involving NIHL, HAVS, RSI, and respiratory matters. Your expertise in personal injury litigation, negotiation, and case management will be essential. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role Experience of 1-2 years in personal injury litigation Strong understanding of CPR Civil Procedure Rules. Show a track record of successful negotiations. Good to have: Familiarity with case management systems. 1-2 years experience in handling litigated claims related to Industrial Disease.
