What you'll be doing: - Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and required standards- Decorate pastries using various techniques, such as piping, glazing, and icing. - Assist in the creation of new pastry recipes and menu items. - Ensure that all pastry products are of high quality and meet food safety standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of orders. - Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. More about the role: Responsible for the preparation and assembly of all pasty dishes, providing high quality dishes for the customer and client. With the help of the Executive Head chef you will drive sales through centrally driven menu plans and promotions and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers. Provide high quality food products to customers and client in line with a food service offer that is applicable to the venue offering. Responsible for the training and development of the pastry team.
