Position: Area Manager Location: London Reporting to: Head of Operations Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000Company Overview: Our client is a rapidly expanding sushi grab-and-go concept that is set to become a leader in the market. They are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee five existing sites and two new openings. Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager: Manage multiple sites, ensuring they meet company standards. Lead and motivate site managers and teams. Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies. Provide training and support for staff. Maintain inventory and uphold safety standards. Assist in successful new site launches. Qualifications of the Area Manager: Previous multi-site management experience in a grab-and-go concept. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Team oriented mindset.
