In this role you will assure the effective functioning of the site to provide an efficient and safe working environment, using best practice to manage resources, services and processes. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? Develop and implement a site management programme including preventative maintenance and life cycle requirements. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation. Co-ordinate and supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment including MHE. Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and security. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
