Senior Architectural Technologist Reference: KONOT899 Location: Nottingham Salary: GBP35,000:40,000 Dependant on level of experience Im pleased to be supporting a multi: disciplinary property and construction consultancy who are known for providing services across the majority of industry sectors: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Defence, Residential and Community. Alongside Architecture, my client also offers services to Building Surveying, Planning, Interior, Sustainability, Civil and Structural Engineering and Project Management professionals. The ideal candidate will have an Architectural Technology degree, and either be chartered or working towards the professional qualification. It would be essential to have advice Revit and Auto CAD knowledge, along side experience in the Defence sector. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist: Experience running projects from feasibility to completion. Write technical specifications utilising NBS. Confident communicator as you will be in charge of leading design and client meetings. Manage projects according to the RIBA plan of work. Strong technical abilities demonstrated throughout your portfolio. Delegate work load to your delivery team, ensuring deadlines are met. Deliver technical and co: ordination aspects of projects under portfolio control and ensure excellence of delivery. Prepare design drawings for competitive tender including production of working drawings and plans and producing pre: tender estimates and obtaining costs from suppliers. Undertake tendering process and post tender analysis, including production of tender report to client and potential value engineering exercise and make recommendations to client where required by the contract/project.
