Reporting to the Logistics Manager and working within an established team the role of Import/Export Administrator is to support in the smooth running of import / export operations. The Candidate Previous experience working in an Import/Export Role Knowledge of Customs Codes in EU Operations is beneficial Proficient computer skills/ knowledge of EXCEL including Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables and V Lookups Excellent communication skills A team player, able to work well with your teammates and cross departmentally. Continuous improvement mindset & “can do” approach. The Role Working in an experienced and supportive team who enjoy a friendly repartee alongside a professional approach the successful candidate will be responsible for: Provide administrative support involving Ocean and Air Freight Imports Customs processing and compliance Freight procurement and invoicing Supporting our Logistics department with queries and resolutions. Organising and filing of original documentation. Updating the businesses logistics and customs records. Liaising with teams across the business Providing support as holiday cover.
