This is particular role you will be working with one of our leading clients. What will I be responsible for? As a Sales & Service Executive Install Executive, you will be responsible for mainly making proactive outbound calls, but including some inbound support, with small to medium sized businesses to organise the scheduling of installation appointments. This will involve: Representing our client's brand. Using effective influencing & closing skills to books installation appointments. Achieving Quality Targets. Overachieving individual and team objectives Updating accurately our clients' systems Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution. We are looking for individuals that are: Confident, persuasive, and highly motivated individual Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle and overcome objections.
