Our client is a trusted partner on private and public sector projects of scale around the globe and collaborate with the biggest international names in construction, engineering and architecture Join this team and work on an exciting mix of projects that fall into sectors ranging from Residential, Film and Media, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Sport, Leisure, Workplace and Retail. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be involved in developing, submitting and negotiating planning applications, appeals and representations through all relevant stages. Naturally, this will involve preparing planning statements/representation reports and associated appraisals and advice documents. You will be asked to communicate advice and ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal form, amongst other duties. The ideal candidate will hold a RTPI degree(s) and hold sufficient experience at Town Planner / Senior Town Planner level. You will have a proven track record of working on sizeable projects. You will be able to demonstrate confidence in verbal and written communication and experience in project managing planning. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package that is negotiable dependent on your experience. The company offers hybrid working and the expectation is to have 2 home working day and 3 office working days. Candidates seeking part: time hours are also welcomed.
