General Manager – Social Entertainment Concept London£70,000 plus TRONC and Bonus – NEW OPENINGConcept: NEW SITE OPENING MARCH 2024Split over two floors, this will be inclusive of a 220 covers, 22 entertaining spaces, bar, terrace – full capacity approx. 400 covers. The Role You will be managing a large team up to 50, in this multifaceted venue, it would really suit a General Manager who has managed multifaceted venues with an element of entertainment – social gaming/group activities but have also managed a great restaurant/bar. The major revenue for these venues is the bookings for entertainment. They are forecasting the site to take approx. £11 million. You would have full autonomy over the P&L and expected to look at all commercial revenue streams whilst inspiring and leading a team over the bar, restaurant, rooms and events space. We are looking for someone who has new opening experience preferrable, this is a very complex set up and the client needs to get it right from the off. Guest focused and can handle multiple revenue streams under the same roof whilst delivering a seamless experience. This is the first launch for the UK and will be their biggest site to date. The Person: You need high volume in your locker, the venue will have a forecast of £200k a week – it’s vital that you can thrive in this environment. Large team leadership – a success story in team development, you will need to demonstrate this. Guest experience – the founders are looking to achieve an elevated experience for their guest – from the experience, bar, food, service- everything needs to be on point. Private events You need to be super commercial and have full autonomy on budgets. Enjoy a vibrant late-night vibe. Experience with elevated food and leadership of a great kitchen team There is a 3am licence for their site.
