Your primary objective will be to continually improve customer satisfaction and ensure the well-being of older and vulnerable residents. Key Responsibilities: Deliver efficient, responsive, and sensitive housing management services for sheltered housing customers. Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to maximize service coordination and delivery. Monitor and maintain the health and safety of sheltered housing tenants effectively and consistently. Identify and minimize potential risks to ensure tenant safety. Work closely with sheltered housing tenants, colleagues, and relevant agencies to create a safe and secure living environment. Provide buddy cover in the absence of colleagues to maintain uninterrupted service delivery. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in housing management or a related field is preferred.
