The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and possess a Juris Doctorate or better. Job Duties:Provide legal representation to clients in workers' compensation cases.Conduct legal research and analysis on workers' compensation laws and regulations.Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.Represent clients at workers' compensation hearings, depositions, and mediations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case matters.Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations. Requirements:Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Georgia. Skills:Proficiency in workers' compensation laws and regulations.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Client-focused approach to legal representation.Knowledge of relevant legal technology and research tools.
