THE CANDIDATE: The successful Planning Lawyer will have up to 5 years' PQE in planning law gained in either the private or public sector. You will be a confident and detail focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability. Ideal Planning Lawyers will have experience of advising on planning, highways, CPO and environmental matters.
