We are currently recruiting for multiple Solicitors or Barristers to join this high: profile organisation to forge a highly rewarding career in Prosecutions. With no duty rotas or out of hours requirements, this role offers an attractive work: life balance in comparison to traditional private practice opportunities, allowing the individual to focus on quality of work and level of service delivered. This role will involve some court advocacy but will also involve case preparation, review and advisory work, offering the opportunity to work from home at least 2:3 days per week. Your workload will be varied, intellectually stimulating, and rewarding. A combination of induction training, bespoke training modules, mentoring and on: the: job coaching makes the start of your career as a Senior Criminal Lawyer a seamless and well supported transition. Following an initial training and probationary period, the opportunity is likely to be available to specialise further in your areas of interest within the organisation.
