Accountabilities - Timely and accurate procurement of materials, products, and services to agreed budgets, quality standards and service levels- Development and maintenance of effective supplier relationships for allocated categories of spend- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and suppliers on requirements and fulfilment of them Roles and responsibilities - Source and procure materials, products, and services to meet project requirements and specifications- Negotiating favourable terms with suppliers- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information- Optimising cost and value- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide procurement support- Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate favourable pricing and terms- Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services- Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations- Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes with suppliers- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential new suppliers and improve supply chain efficiency- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions,.
