Complaints Analyst Location: Hybrid working, with the office based in Northwich – Gadbrook Park, Rudheath, CW9 7LNSalary: £22,500 per annum Hours: Full time / Monday to Friday RMG, one of the UK’s largest Residential Property Management companies, has an exciting opportunity for a Complaints Analyst, to join a small and supportive team. You’ll be based at our Northwich Office (CW9 7LN) working your 7.5 hour day with flexible start/finish times between 8am and 6pm to suit you! The complaints team will ensure that all complaints are acknowledged within three working days and customers are kept informed throughout the complaints process. We shall be the first point of contact setting customer expectation and will liaise with the relevant areas of the business to ensure full responses are provided. We will also ensure we follow the correct complaints process adhering to the Scotland, England/Wales, or Places for People procedures. What are some of the benefits we have to offer?
