As a Chef at DSTL Portsdown West, you will: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality food production Prepare and cook a variety of delicious dishes to meet the needs of our military personnel Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen, following health and safety guidelines Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and appealing menus What we’ll give: Chef - DSTL Portsdown West £13.50 per hour, 40 hours per week Opportunity to work in a diverse and supportive team Career development and training opportunities within Compass Group The chance to make a difference in the lives of our service members through your culinary expertise Who you are: To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role A passion for cooking and a creative approach to food preparation Strong leadership and communication skills A commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards Flexibility to work some weekends as needed.
