We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. About the role We are looking for experienced Groundworker to join our Response Maintenance Team in Exeter. Working with Exeter City Council on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are as equally as invested as us in continuing to improve people's homes, lives, and the local community, to join the team. Can you demonstrate that you have. General groundwork experience Previous experience working in fencing and concreting. An exceptional level of customer service Excellent communication skills And a full UK driving licence.
