Principal Testing Analyst Exciting opportunity to help shape a newly formed team within our Pricing department Fantastic career development opportunities Hybrid working options available with up to 80% of your time from home About the role This is a rare opportunity to join a brand new team and leave your mark on the way it operates. The position will offer a unique combination of executing testing for pricing algorithms ensuring their accurate deployment to live production systems together with the development of processes and best practices within the Deployment & Assurance team. As a Principal Testing Analyst, you will be involved in creating and implementing pricing algorithm testing standards to support deployment to the external rating engine. You will be a supportive and motivating mentor to other members of the team, ensuring work is reviewed and delivered on schedule. You’ll liaise with stakeholders from Underwriting and IT to ensure testing practices are considered and executed within all pricing changes and represent the team in meetings to ensure due regard is paid to the Deployment & Assurance team requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders within the team from the start and to support overseeing the quality of team output through adequate and proportional testing. You will monitor testing to ensure testing it’s consistent and performed at the highest standard. In order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and methodologies, you’ll keep up to date with industry trends and technology developments and you will consistently look for ways of enhancing the teams’ performance. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon.
