Role Overview : Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (Heathrow IRC): In this fantastic role, you will assume the responsibility of delivering client: centred treatment within the Health and Wellbeing Services. This will entail utilising both harm reduction and abstinence: based treatment approaches, tailored to the specific needs of each client. Your duties will involve managing a caseload, providing appropriate harm reduction guidance, conducting backssments, developing care plans, and facilitating structured one: on: one and group sessions, including structured treatment programs where applicable within your assigned unit.
