Senior Finance Manager Worcester/Esinteraction based with a balance of home and office working : with occasional travel to Esinteraction/Worcester required GBP 60,765 (pro rata) plus Company car or car allowance 35 hours per week Temporary position for up to 6 months We have an exciting secondment opportunity at Senior Finance Manager level to join our Affordable Housing Finance team for a 6 month period. The role sits within Affordable Housing which encompasses both Housing and Property Services business areas, and will support a new subsidiary of Sanctuary, Swan Housing Association. You will actively be involved in the integration process, working with stakeholders within Swan and Affordable Housing to proactively interrogate and manage financial performance, providing guidance, advice and recommendations for improvements in order to achieve targets. Potentially with a background in financial accounting you will be required to be a strong leader who appreciates the detail and will have full responsibility for forecast and budget setting. You will use your robust stakeholder management skills, coupled with data interrogation skills to tell the story behind the numbers when presenting information back to key stakeholders at all levels across both operations and finance teams.
