Requirements: Social Work England Registered Extensive Social Work experience within Child Protection, Child in Need, Court Work, Section 7s Access to a vehicle Our client is a local authority based in the Manchester area, looking for experienced Social Workers to hold a protected caseload of Chid Protection and Ci N. There may be opportunity also to work in the court arena and undertake proceedings. You will have the support of an experience manager and advanced practitioner and will be very much part of the family, able to undertake training and developmental opportunities. What they offer: 2 days a week in office, 3 days from home Caseload : around 20 (18:22 generally) Free parking on site Happy with flexible working and compressed weeks if needed. Their agency social workers are an integral part of our team and have the same benefits of permanent members of staff. This includes supported and managed case loads, regular reflective supervision and support from an experienced manager; access to training; opportunity for mixed base home/office working; access to regular training and departmental briefings.
