Area Sales Manager. Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager or Territory Sales Manager based in or around the South: East of England? Youll be selling a range of beautiful natural stone products into the commercial construction industry, including fabricators across the South of the UK. You might live in any of these areas: Aylesbury, Bedford, Brighton, Cambridge, Chatham, Chelmsford, Colchester, Farnham, Guildford, Harlow, Hemel Hempsted, High Wycombe, Ipswich, Luton, Maidstone, Milton Keynes, Redhill, Sevenoaks, Slough, Southend, Stevenage, Tonbridge, Watford. JOB DESCRIPTION : Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales, Account Manager, Business Development Manager : kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, fabricator, kitchen studios, architects. With the support of the UK Country Manager, as our Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for sales of our premium product to both new and existing clients across your specified territory. Upon starting you will be allocated c100 live accounts. Your client base will be varied in size but range from major accounts to smaller independent SMEs. Your typical deal values will range from A GBP 1,000 : A GBP 30,000 and can take anywhere from a week to a few months to close, therefore this role will ideally suit a strong consultative salesperson who is able to successfully close opportunities and manage client expectations.
