Senior Commercial Property Manager National : base office location may vary dependent upon suitable candidate GBP 41,659 : GBP 43,851 35 hours per week : Monday to Friday The Senior Commercial Property Manager will join our Commercial and Market Rent team, within the Commercial directorate. You will be working within a team of 3 people. The Commercial directorate focuses on the identification, analysis, and pursuit of new business opportunities across the Group, as well as negotiation of key contracts. It ensures that Sanctuarys commercial activities support its charitable objectives and contributes towards the sustainable growth of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have recent and proven experience working in a commercially focused asset management role, with a working knowledge of building regulations, legislation and current practice and will have substantial experience on negotiating and managing commercial property leases. The role of Senior Commercial Property Manager will include: : Managing the performance and development of the Commercial and Market Rent Team: Lead on liaising and/or negotiating with external and internal stakeholders on leases, compliance and property management: Maintaining, reviewing and improving systems and processes: Maximising income, managing budgets and supporting the business strategy: Management of repairs and maintenance and life cycle plans: Addressing complaints and advising tenant liaison on issues Skills and experiences: : Proven experience in effective financial management of contracts and services: Proven experience of managing staff: Proven ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems: Good technical report and committee report writing skills : Excellent understanding of written and.
