We are looking for a passionate Senior Waiter who is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences. In a role where you'll deliver impeccable service, engage with guests confidently, and inspire others with professionalism. Set in a stunning location which offers grand Victorian charm, a riverside garden, and is very near to Snowdonia National Park. In the Senior Waiter role, you will be responsible for: Always providing the highest quality of customer service making a memorable for the guest/customers Maintaining a safe working environment following all Health, Safety and Hygiene legislation Overseeing dining and serving areas, as well as all the equipment in use and storage areas for organisation and cleanliness Guaranteeing the highest quality of standards are met To be considered for the Senior Waiter role you must have: Previous experience working in a similar role; Senior Waiter/Chef De Rang Confidence to engage with guests and build a strong rapport Vast knowledge in Wine and Food, with a passion for the hospitality industry Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously with ease Excellent customer service and leadership skills Ability to drive and own vehicle due to location of organisation location This is a fantastic permanent role that would involve working 5 days out of 7 per week, which would include evenings and weekends. The salary for this role is competitive £25,000 per annum plus employee benefits such as free meals on when on duty, onsite parking, monthly tips, and generous staff discounts.
